Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong customer service daily to include an optimistic attitude, welcoming personality, and driven work-ethic.
  • Become well-educated with all medicinal products offered and/ or willing to learn!
  • Complete opening and closing procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the facility, as well as ensuring all daily offerings and specials are up to date.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients on-site and over the phone.
  • Process paperwork for new patients by getting proper information securely entered in our POS system.
  • Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files.
  • Handle customer carry-out orders, verify ID medical cards, process and cash out orders, and run orders out to customers.
  • Educate members to ensure all patients are receiving the correct medication that will best help their illness and/or condition.
