We cannot return any items at any time for any reason.

We can only EXCHANGE the following items, only if they are DEFECTIVE: Vape
Products, Batteries, Devices

ONLY THE DEFECTIVE UNITS WILL BE EXCHANGED / CREDITED. Additional units
beyond the defective ones will not be exchanged or credited.
You must call us or come into the store to inform us of any defective units / devices
within 24 hours of purchase. If you cannot make it back we will put a note on your
account for your next order.
