Things To Keep In Mind

We can only deliver to residential addresses. (State Law)

Additional address verification may be required.

  • NEW DELIVERY CUSTOMERS – Delivery Address must match ID. If it does not there will be additional verification needed via utility bill, lease, etc (Any official document with your name & delivery address on it)
  • Last call for all delivery orders is 7:30pm everyday.
  • Recreational Customers: You must have your valid ID /Driver’s License when the driver arrives.
  • Medical Patients: You must have your valid ID /Driver’s License AND Your Valid Medical Marijuana Card when the driver arrives.
  • Scheduled Delivery Available!
  • There is a $40 minimum if you are within 5 miles of the store.
  • There is a $50 minimum if you are further than 5 miles from the store.
  • FREE Delivery (Waived Delivery Fee) For all orders.
  • Due To The High Volume Of Delivery Orders, Orders Placed After 6:30pm May Not Have A Driver Available To Deliver Until The Next Day Of Business.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any delivery order at any time for any reason.

Ask your dispatcher about converting your delivery order into an in-store pickup to receive 15% OFF all non-discounted items! (Cannot be converted to curbside, in-store only)

Minimums are based on subtotal before tax and after discounts / deals are applied.

Note: The person placing the order must be present when the driver arrives.

How Do I Order?

Recreational Customers: Start by clicking “Shop All” or “Categories” at the top of this page

Before you begin shopping, make sure you are shopping on the correct menu on the top right of the page: Medical or Recreational

After you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout”. You will need to upload a full and clear photo of your valid ID/Drivers License.

Choose Delivery when promoted
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation text within 15 mins. You will receive a second text when the driver is on their way and a third text when they are 5 mins away from your location.

NOTE: If you are paying via AeroPay, your order will not be dispatched until payment confirmation has been received. Please wait to send payment until we text you the payment link with your updated total after discounts, ect.

When the driver arrives please make sure to have your payment in hand (if paying with cash) as well as your valid ID, and Med card if you are a medical patient.

You may call us for help placing your delivery order online, however we cannot manually put in your order as we need you to upload pictures of your ID so that it can automatically be uploaded to your profile. If you create a Dutchie account, you will only have to upload these documents once. After that all you have to do is sign in with your Dutchie account when you order and you will not have to enter any additional info. If you do this, it gives you the ability to place your order in just a few clicks, each and every time! CLICK HERE to create a Dutchie account. 

Delivery times can vary as our radius is 25 miles. Many factors play into this, including but not limited to: distance, amount of drivers, & weather. We try to our best to deliver orders as they come in on a first come first serve basis while also taking the most efficient route possible. Taking the most efficient route allows us to deliver further, faster and without a fee. 

Yes! We encourage you to order your delivery up to 48 hours in advance. This allows us to plan better and be more efficient, therefore allowing us to deliver further, faster and without a fee. We will always call you the day of your delivery to confirm with you. 

We generally do not offer an out of radius fee however if you call us and ask, there might be a chance that we can make it work, if we already have a driver going in that direction. A small fee may apply. 

Yes you can! You would just have to place two separate orders since Dutchie does not allow hybrid orders. Make sure you put it under the same name, phone number, email, and address and we will make sure to call you to confirm and get you a combined total with discounts applied.
