Things To Keep In Mind
Recreational Customers: You must have your valid ID /Driver’s License when you arrive for pickup.
Medical Patients: You must have your valid ID /Driver’s License AND Your Valid Medical Marijuana Card when you arrive for pickup.
How Do I Order?
Recreational Customers: Start by clicking “Shop All” or “Categories” at the top of this page. Or “Shop Menu” on the bottom left if you are on a mobile device.
Before you begin shopping, make sure you are shopping on the correct menu on the top right of the page: Medical or Recreational
Choose Pickup When Prompted
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation text
within 15 mins. You will receive a second text when your order is ready to be picked up.
If you are paying via AeroPay, please wait for us to text you the payment link with your updated total after discounts, ect.
If you are paying via DutchiePay, you can do this when you place your order. Please keep in mind that this is only a pre-authorization. Any edits to your order including discounts will be reflected by the final charge once we cash out the order in our POS system.
When you come to pickup your order:
Let our Receptionist know that you are here to pickup an order that was placed online.
Coming from Woodward Heights?
– Proceed on Burdette, you will see Nature’s Remedy on your right hand side as you approach Drayton St. Turn right into our parking lot.
Coming from Drayton?
– Once you turn onto Drayton, please proceed straight, past Goodrich St. Once you approach Burdette, you will see Nature’s Remedy on your right hand side. Turn right onto Burdette and immediately turn left to enter our parking lot.

Can I pre-pay to make it faster when I arrive?
Yes! We encourage you to pre-pay, especially for online orders. If you are happy with your order total you can CLICK HERE to pay via AeroPay or DutchiePay. If you believe that your order total should be different please call or text us at 248-397-9797 and let us know. We will adjust your order and provide a new total and payment link.
How long does it take for In-Store service?
If your order is already placed, In-Store pickup usually takes less than 10 minutes.
Do I still get all my discounts and deals?
We will adjust your order and apply all applicable deals / promos at checkout.
Can I place a In-Store pickup order on the app?
Yes you can! Just be sure to confirm your order type at checkout.
